Shipping Policy

everteen.co.in ships to most of the pin codes of India and all the major countries across the globe. All the orders received upto 4:00 PM IST on any day are processed the same day. Order received after that are shipped next working day. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays

We strive to process & dispatch your order as soon as possible. Our Standard Delivery Time is 2 – 3 days India and 3-5 days for overseas orders. If it is a remote location then there might be delays in delivery

We have tied with the best logistics partner such as FedEx, Bluedart, Aramex, ICC and India Post for safe and timely delivery of the products. In case if any area is not covered by our logistics partner, the product can be delivered through Indian Postal department.

We will contact you and inform you once your order is processed and ready for dispatch at our end.

We may not be able to ship the products to certain parts of India. If your area is in the non-serviceable location, customer service will get in touch with you and make every possible effort to deliver your order. In the unfortunate event where we are unable to ship the order, the amount paid for the order will be refunded in full.

In case of International orders, customer has to born the local taxes, custom duty or any other taxes, if applicable, in his country. Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of only shipping charges.

Tracking Packages: If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder in case our email might have landed there. Tracking codes may not activate online for upto 24 – 48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.

Non Availability of Client on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt twice to deliver at your provided address before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure that you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process. In case of undelivered shipments due to incorrect information or your non availability at the address provide by you, delivery partners will allow 3-4 days to collect the order and same will be communicated to you either by phone or email. Even after that you didn’t respond or does not collect your order, it will be returned back to us. In that case, you will not be liable for any refund and we also might charge you the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card from where the payment was done. For cash/cheque payments, the refund will be done through a cheque. Cheque will only be made in favour of the “customer name” mentioned against the order. In case of any other mode of payment, a reverse bank transfer can be initiated by us as well for refunds.

Return Cancellation

At everteen.co.in we take huge pride in providing well researched & high quality products to our customers. It is very rare that you will return any of products still we provide our customers with a hassle free cancellation & refund.

You can ask for a refund in case you receive a damaged product or a different product which you have not ordered.

For any other unique or exceptional reason which may prove valid, we’ll gladly take it back within 15 days from the date of delivery. The validity of the unique or exceptional cases of discrepancy will be decided by everteen.co only. If deemed invalid or unreasonable, returns would not be initiated. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

Once your return is accepted, you will be provide a SRN number. Once the number is there with you, you can send the product back to our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by customer: In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. The processing of an order typically takes 1 – 2 days from the time of order confirmation. Everteen.co.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by everteen.co.in and accept everteen’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Non Delivery Cancellation Policy : everteen delivers 99% of the orders within the promised schedule date but in rare circumstance if your item is facing any delays in delivery, we will ensure you are updated about the delay on a timely basis through call, sms and email. You can cancel the order if it has been delayed beyond the time specified by you while placing the order and we’ll initiate a refund.
